Terms & Conditions
1. Overview By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payment. These terms apply to all live workshops, private coaching, and digital courses offered by DSC LLC.
2. Payments All payments are processed in U.S. dollars. You authorize DSC LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount. Payment is due in full at checkout unless a payment plan option is provided and selected. Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full amount, not a subscription that can be canceled mid-term. If you choose to stop participating in the program, you remain responsible for any remaining balance. If a payment fails, access to services, calls, and materials will be paused until the balance is resolved.
3. Refunds & Cancellations All sales are final. Because our offerings include live access, limited-seat cohorts, intellectual property, and scheduling commitments, we do not provide refunds once a purchase is made. If you cannot attend a live workshop (pop-up event), you may request to transfer your spot to a future session or another participant (subject to availability and approval by DSC LLC).
4. Scheduling & 1:1 Session Policy We value your time and ours. Cancellations or rescheduling requests for private 1:1 sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice (or "no-shows") will be forfeited and deducted from your package total. Sessions must be used within the Season for which they were purchased; unused sessions do not roll over to future seasons.
5. Program Boundaries & Code of Conduct Coaching services are designed to support your growth, but your results depend on your own actions. DSC LLC does not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical, or financial advice. To protect the safety of the cohort: DSC LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if they are found to be disruptive, abusive, or if they violate the confidentiality of other members.
6. Intellectual Property All materials — including videos, recordings, PDFs, workbooks, guides, templates, and written content — are owned by DSC LLC. These materials are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute them without written consent.
7. Confidentiality This program relies on a container of trust. Any personal information shared by participants during coaching, courses, or workshops is strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or publish the personal stories, data, or experiences of other participants outside of the group.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSC LLC and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your participation or use of our programs, products, or services.
9. Privacy Policy Your personal information is collected and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
